Walk in prepared. Leave knowing you said it all.
The Doctor Visit Kit helps you explain months of changes in ten minutes, ask the questions that matter, and stay calm if you hear "you're too young". Printable, and yours to keep.
The 12-week program is coming soon.
So are the options that include it. Leave your email and we'll tell you the day it opens.
What's inside.
- A four-week tracker that doesn't assume regular cycles, with room for notes
- A one-page summary sheet: your top three concerns, when it started, what it's affecting
- A question list, with space for your own
- Calm scripts for five common brush-offs, from "you're too young" to "you're still having periods"
- A plain summary of the published menopause guidelines (US or UK; a general edition elsewhere)
- A neutral one-page overview of HRT and non-hormonal options
- The "what else could it be" checklist
Who it's for.
- You have an appointment coming up and want it to count.
- You've been brushed off before and don't want to leave empty-handed again.
- You keep meaning to book, and want to feel ready first.
How to use it.
- 1. TrackTrack for two to four weeks if you can. One week still helps.
- 2. The night beforeFill in the summary sheet and pick three priorities.
- 3. In the roomHand the summary over, or read from it.
- 4. If you hear a brush-offUse the script.
- 5. AfterwardNote what was agreed and when to follow up.
Questions, answered plainly.
Will the kit tell me what to ask for?
It helps you describe what's happening and ask good questions, including about options with and without hormones. It doesn't recommend a treatment or a dose.
Do I need the program too?
No. The kit stands on its own.
Is it a physical product?
No. PDFs to print or fill in on screen, emailed straight away.
Does it work in my country?
The guideline summary covers the US (The Menopause Society) and the UK (NICE). Elsewhere, pick the edition closer to how care works where you live. The tracker and scripts work anywhere.
What if I only track for a week?
Use what you have. Some notes beat none.
Will my doctor mind?
Many clinicians welcome a clear summary. The scripts are polite, not combative.
