One page, instead of a panicked list.
“You’re too young.” “Your bloods are normal.” “It’s probably stress.” Women hear these at the GP again and again. The Doctor Visit Kit gives you a clear record, the right questions and calm words for each one.
- Yours to keep
- 14-day refund
- NICE guidance, summarised
A GP appointment is often ten minutes. Months of changes don’t fit unless someone writes them down.
What “your bloods are normal” can and can’t tell anyone.
In perimenopause, hormone levels can swing from day to day, so one blood test often doesn’t settle much. NICE guidance says blood tests usually aren’t needed to recognise perimenopause in women over 45 with symptoms, and the British Menopause Society’s patient fact sheet explains why.
That’s why a clear record matters: what changed, when it started and what it’s affecting. Women on forums give each other the same advice again and again: write it down, bring the NICE guidance, and ask what else could be causing it.

Questions, answered plainly.
Will the kit tell me what to ask for?
It helps you describe what’s happening and ask good questions, including about options with and without hormones. It doesn’t recommend a treatment or a dose.
Is it written for the UK?
Yes. The guideline summary follows NICE, the wording uses GP and hot flushes, and the scripts fit a ten-minute appointment.
Will my GP mind?
Many GPs welcome a clear summary. The scripts are polite, not combative.
What if I only track for a week?
Use what you have. Some notes beat none.
Do I need the program too?
No. The kit stands on its own.
